TO ONLINE SIGN UP
Starting fee includes:
- Transport of your personal luggage. ONE BIG bag, backpack o.a. between starts / finishes. Please tie or strap things tightly.
- Startnumbers and electronic chip timing for the competition classes and chip registration for the Touring class.
During stages, race reports, greetings and miscellaneous moods/info is publised live online on the VT Facebook site.
The cell phone nr. and mail address for the FaceBook-officer will be out on July 10th.
You can send in messages, photos, films and them online in a minute along.
Daily results are published online and physically in Valhalla and at our partner hotels.
- Feeding stations on all road stages.
- Ferry-, toll road- and similar fees.
- Master / warning car.
- Bike-repair. On-the-road work is free of charge, pre/post-stage is charged.
Parts are paid for post-stage.
- First-aid.
- Pick-up van.
- Motorcycle units guarding dangerous turns, covering sprint and K.O.M. placings.
- All mobile units have mobile phones, basic tools and first aid gear.
- Professional bicycle repair-service available on all stage starts / finishes.
Pre/post stage work and parts is paid for.
Problems caused by poor maintanance on your part will have second priority.

Remember cycling jersey are noirmaly tighter than other shirts.
I 2012 WE PRINT YOU DESIRED NAME, NICKNAME, INITIALS OR SIMILAR ON THE JERSEY COLLAR. JUST FILL IN THE WANTED TEXT IN THE SIGN UP FORM.
VALHALLA CAMP
Costs NOK 1290,- and includes:
Simple accomodation in sports halls, schools on your own mat and sleeping bag. Air matrass is recommended. Eight nights: July 20 - 28. Showers. toilets etc are of course in place.
Also oincluded are breakfastas at nearby hotels, diners etc.
There are only 160 places in Valhalal, so act fast if you want the most social and fun accomodation.
HOTEL OPTION
Viking Tour also offer accomodation with higher standar. For 2012 we are cooperating with eth following hotels: Dr. Holms Hotel on Geilo, Park Hotell Rjukan, Hordatun Hotel in Røldal and oin Ulvik the Brakanes-gruppen with their three hotels Strand, Ulvik Fjordhotell and Brakanes Hotell. We transport your luggage froim door to door (Hotel to hotel ) every day.
Prices are per person and for six nights: Double room NOK 2795.- Triple room NOK 2395,- and single room NOK 4230,-
If you stay over after the prize party on Friday, Dr. Holms offer one night extra: 350 pp for triple, 400 pp for double and 600 for signle rooms. All nights have breakfats included, but no lunch or dinner.
BUS-TRANSPORT T/R GARDERMOEN - GEILO
Chartered Viking Tour-bus leaces Gardermoen airport on Saturday July 21. at 11:00.
Arrival Geilo app. 14:45. Biclycle transport included on seperate vehicles.
Return bus from Geilo leaves 06:30 on Saturday July 28th.
Arrival Gardermoen app 10:15.
There are other means of traveling: Both trains and buses run frequently between Gardermoen-Oslo-Geilo. MOre info oin this is published along with companies` new time schedules around Easter.
